Shipping Policy

Thank you for your dog box patronage! Always check the condition and number of cartons against the freight bill and packing slip at time of delivery. The customer must note damages and shortages on the delivery receipt at the time of acceptance. Notify customer service department immediately upon discovery of discrepancy. All shortages with the shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

This means that any shipment you, or your customer receives, must be thoroughly inspected PRIOR to signing the bill of lading free and clear. If damages or shortages are NOT noted on the bill of lading, we will not be able to take care of the damage or shortage issue. Remember that cartons can “bounce back” into shape, hiding the damage. If there are any marks at all on the carton, please look at the actual product to ascertain the product is in good condition. If damage is found, please REFUSE delivery of the shipment due to shipping damage. When a shipment is refused, please contact customer service immediately so we can begin processing the shipping damage and enter a replacement order. Thank you for your assistance with this policy.

Return Policy

We will accept any returned items as long as the items are in new and original condition in the factory packaging. All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the order. The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange. Please call (608) 835-2424 for a return authorization number. A 25% restocking fee will be incurred on all products. Freight charges incurred while returning and/or exchanging any items will be the responsibility of the customer. We will not be liable for any packages damaged or lost in shipping.

If the package was damaged in shipment or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Service at (608) 835-2424 or contact us by e-mail before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturers warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Replacement items that are in stock should reach you within 2-3 weeks, and the appropriate credit or refund will be issued when your return is processed.
