Shipping Policy

Shipping Note: We DO NOT mark up our shipping costs from the manufacturers to the customer. The customer is charged actual shipping charges only. In order to due this, we do not charge shipping on your initial order. We will determine the actuall shipping charges and then add the cost to your order before processing your credit card.

Return Policy

We will accept any returned items as long as the items are in new and original condition in the factory packaging. All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the order. The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange. Please call (608) 835-2424 for a return authorization number. A 25% restocking fee will be incurred on all products. Freight charges incurred while returning and/or exchanging any items will be the responsibility of the customer. We will not be liable for any packages damaged or lost in shipping.

If the package was damaged in shipment or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Service at (608) 835-2424 or contact us by e-mail before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturers warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Replacement items that are in stock should reach you within 2-3 weeks, and the appropriate credit or refund will be issued when your return is processed.
