Blessings of the Forest (BOTF) is an international nonprofit supporting Indigenous communities in Gabon as they steward their cultural and ecological heritage—particularly through the preservation of Iboga and Bwiti traditions. Central to spiritual practice in Gabon, Iboga is used in healing, initiation, and ceremonial rites.

BOTF works closely with local communities to safeguard ancestral knowledge, forest ecosystems, sacred ceremonies, and the sustainable cultivation of Iboga. Their work is rooted in principles of reciprocity and aligned with international frameworks like the Nagoya Protocol, which ensures fair and equitable sharing of genetic resources.

5D Ventures has supported BOTF in advancing this mission, contributing to initiatives such as sustainable Iboga cultivation, ethical supply chain development, Indigenous-led forest stewardship, and the protection of traditional knowledge and spiritual practices.
