GivePower is an international nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to clean water and renewable energy in regions where basic infrastructure remains out of reach. Through solar micro-grids, school and clinic electrification, and their pioneering Solar Water Farms, GivePower develops sustainable systems that improve health, education, and economic opportunity. Their work has already improved the lives of over 2.3 million people across 32 countries. 

Central to their mission is the Solar Water Farms initiative - solar-powered desalination and purification systems that offer safe drinking water in areas facing severe water scarcity. These facilities are designed to be environmentally resilient, cost-effective, and locally maintained, ensuring reliable access to clean water for the communities they serve.

5D Ventures was proud to support this impact-driven work through a 2022 project in the Indigenous community of Jeltung, Nepal, where limited water access had long constrained health and economic resilience. The installation of a Solar Water Farm provided a dependable, solar-powered solution that delivers safe drinking water sustainably. Through this contribution, 5D Ventures reinforces its commitment to regenerative community development and holistic well-being, ensuring that clean-water access is implemented in a way that honours local context, empowers community leadership, and supports long-term self-sufficiency.
