Joel is a permaculture designer with over 10 years of experience in the integrated development of properties, supporting the transformation of farms and productive spaces into functional, regenerative systems. His work brings together ecological design, soil and water management, restoration, construction — using both natural and durable conventional materials — and the implementation of productive systems based on permaculture principles.

He has experience leading field teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. As part of the Namboru Project and The Resilient World Fund, he helps implement integrated systems that demonstrate how production, conservation, and efficient resource use can coexist.

His approach is rooted in understanding natural processes and integrating them correctly, turning each property into a coherent, living, and functional system.
