Othership is a modern bathhouse and wellness sanctuary designed to help people regulate their nervous systems, process emotions, and connect meaningfully with others through immersive and intentionally curated experiences. Guests embark on music-driven sauna sessions, guided ice-bath practices, and communal moments in a social commons—an alcohol-free space to rest and reflect—under the care of expert guides, with amenities including a Western Red Cedar sauna, private cold-plunge tubs, a tea lounge, and inclusive changing facilities.

Rooted in accessibility, emotional transformation, and communal connection, Othership invites individuals into peak-state experiences that foster awe, inner alignment, and belonging. Their guiding values emphasize that transformation should be available to all people, irrespective of income, race, ability, sexual orientation, or gender identity. They champion "cellular commitment" to the journey inward, embracing the intensity of heat and cold with patience, generosity, and curiosity, and pay homage to ancestral wisdom traditions such as sauna, sweat lodge, hammam, and temazcal, reinterpreted with reverence and safety.

5D Ventures was an early supporter of Othership’s vision, recognizing its unique ability to regenerate social rituals, elevate emotional well-being, and reimagine communal spaces for healing. Our contribution has supported Othership in scaling its in-person rituals—sauna, ice, and breathwork—into multiple locations, fostering a supportive, inclusive environment, and extending its modality into digital realms through a music-driven breathwork app. In this way, we have played a small part in helping Othership expand its capacity to bring mindful connection and transformative experiences to a growing community, with impact that resonates far beyond a single session.
