Esteban Viquez
Project Manager & Permaculture Consultant
Esteban Víquez is a Project Manager, Property Manager, and Permaculture Consultant with over a decade of experience in sustainable land management and landscaping. His journey began in 2010, when he traveled through South America exploring permaculture and biodynamic farms, igniting a lifelong passion for self-sufficiency and regenerative practices.
From 2011 to 2015, Esteban co-founded a self-sustaining permaculture farm in the mountains of Nicoya, Costa Rica, producing a wide range of crops, dairy, and meat. This project became a cornerstone of his professional path, shaping his expertise in sustainability and holistic land stewardship.
In 2020, he managed a woodshop that worked exclusively with naturally fallen trees, producing biodiesel for project vehicles and building two Balinese-inspired tiny houses, as well as custom furniture. Since 2021, he has worked as an independent consultant in permaculture and landscaping, helping individuals and organizations design resilient and regenerative environments.
Since 2024, Esteban has collaborated with 5D World as a consultant and property manager, supporting the creation of self-sufficient projects while harmonizing natural landscapes with human needs.
Esteban combines practical expertise with a creative background—having studied music for eight years as a guitarist—and enjoys surfing and hiking. His philosophy is to bring his best energy to the land and to the people he works with, fostering balance and sustainability in every project.
